“D’Après Corps” (According to Body) is Catherine’s first solo art exhibition. Through a series of video work titled according to separate parts of the body, she wants to have herself “anatomized”, in order to look for the meaning from within. During this process, she realizes that she cannot possibly separate her “Self” from the surroundings. Everything that evolves around her has made its way into her. The sensitivity that was released through the “anatomized” process is now leading her towards a bridge of artistic meanings, so that indescribable feelings can be conveyed through the sights and the hearing.
So it is, “D’Après Corps”.

「置身度內」是 蔣靜華的第一次個人藝術創作展，透過一系列由身體各部份而命名的錄像作品，她要將自己「解剖」，以求得自我的內在意義。在這過程中，她發現自己無法置身度 外，周圍環境所發生的一事一物，都在影響著被「解剖」後那敏感細膩的她，而藝術的角色，在為她打通著一道可溝通的橋樑，由內而外，試圖將那無以名狀的感 覺，透過視覺與聽覺的刺激細細表現出來。
這就成為了今天的「置身度內」。

"邊周視覺 Vision Périphérique" - Musée d'Art de Macao

J'ai honneur d'exposer m'oeuvre dans the Musée d'Art de Macao, Cet Exposition est un concours pour le53 edition du Biennale de Venice.
在這個多樣多變，總滿著挑釁性、矛盾性、複雜性的人類世界裹，人與人之間的視覺交流，充分表現了每個人的生存意思和價值觀等不同的問題及其自然和非自然之間的矛盾；
眼光隨著自主性及非自主性的轉動，傳達個人的文化思想觀念差義，同時也是連接個體和眾數、表現者和觀賞者的面對面的視覺交流界面。
L'œil exprime une intériorité dérobée et incarne l'attention portée sur le monde, lieu de jonction entre l'un et l'autre, entre représenté et spectateur.
J’ai symbolisée par la multiplicité d'yeux, l'œil porte dans ses mouvements des expressions de vie, Les face à face avec ces yeux hors pair(e), par la précision du rendu physique de l'œil, enclenchent une réflexion sur la nature biologique qui nous accompagne dans le moment même de notre participation à l'œuvre.
In this ever-changing human world which is filled with provocations, contradictions and complications, the inter-human eye-contacts has become the out-let of existence’s meanings.
The eye and its vision expresses the beholder’s value system. When there visions are confronted with one another, conflicts might he created between the “ natural ” or the “artificial” voluntarily or not, the eye conveys a person’s culture and thoughts, At the same time it is also the link between the individual and the public; between the performer and the audience, which in turn creates the inter face of visual communication.

小草有“野火燒不盡，春風吹又生”的頑强生命力，無論任何角落，依著薄瘠的土養，與惡劣的環境及命運搏斗，經過頑强的奮斗，帶著希望，展露於明日的光明世界。
小草的頑強精神一直激勵著我，剛巧今逢牛年，牛有像徵生產與增值的意思，而牛族是食草類的動物，草類植物給牛族帶來了生命的泉源；在此特意種植小草，讓小草的精神和希望為新年能擁有一個生機渤渤的牛年。
同時，在人類生活環境與地球不斷出現矛盾的大前題下，綠化、保護環境、減少污染垃圾等問題也期望慢慢地受到每位市民的重視。
